The SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC is a compact watermaker with a power consumption of only 240 W and a maximum capacity of 60 L/h, equipped with one reverse osmosis membrane.

The SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC watermaker is economical and lightweight, making it the ideal solution for those who prefer simple and essential systems. The indicated flow rates are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.

Its power consumption is up to 80% lower compared to traditional systems. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W are required. The normal engine recharge is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.

Thanks to its 80% reduced power consumption and no need for a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only Schenker allows you to make water while truly respecting the environment.

The use of SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC watermakers is extremely simple, as no manual adjustments are required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation, meaning no direct access to the watermaker is needed. All functions are managed remotely via the control panel.

The parts of the SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC in contact with seawater are mainly made of carbon fiber or acetal resin. SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC is therefore completely corrosion-free for life.

In the 2.0 systems, all components subject to wear, such as o-rings and traditional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative nanotechnology pads, offering abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.

The SCHENKER SMART 60 BASIC systems, unlike traditional ones that use high-pressure pumps, employ the patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM, which amplifies the pressure supplied by low-pressure pumps, ensuring extremely high energy efficiency. The typical consumption of a Schenker watermaker is only 4 Watts per liter.

The ERS is specifically designed for marine applications and is built with materials completely resistant to brackish water. Moving parts are minimized thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
