The SCHENKER MODULAR 500 TOUCH INVERTER is a marine watermaker equipped with four 4'' x 40'' membranes,
capable of producing up to 500 l/h of fresh water.
The indicated flow rates are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.
Thanks to its extremely low power consumption, the watermaker can be powered directly from the batteries
and can also be installed without a generator.
With an 80% reduction in energy consumption and no need for a generator,
CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by over 85%.
Only the SCHENKER MODULAR 500 TOUCH INVERTER allows you to produce fresh water while truly respecting the environment.
In the new 2.0 systems, all components potentially subject to wear such as o-rings and traditional seals have been eliminated.
Sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads using nanotechnology,
offering an abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.
Unlike traditional systems that use high-pressure pumps, the
SCHENKER MODULAR 500 TOUCH INVERTER is equipped with the patented
ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM ® (ERS), which boosts the pressure supplied by low-pressure pumps,
ensuring extremely high energy efficiency.
Typical power consumption is only 4 Watt/liter.
The ERS is specifically designed for marine applications and built with materials completely resistant to brackish water.
Moving parts are reduced to a minimum thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
