GYS BATIUM 15-24 Battery charger
GYS BATIUM 15-24 is an unattended automatic battery charger with the capacity to charge 6V/12V/24V batteries up to 225 Ah.
Compared to conventional chargers, the GYS BATIUM 15-24 takes 50% less time during the charging process. By providing a constant average current during the ''start-up'' phase, Batium guarantees ultra-fast and safe charging.
GYS BATIUM 15-24 charges 100% all types of 6/12/24V lead-acid batteries and is ideal for motorbike batteries, vintage vehicles, light vehicles, vans, agricultural machinery, public works equipment, heavy trucks and buses (up to 225Ah).
GYS BATIUM 15-24 charger is equipped with on-board electronics protection and a 30A fuse.
GYS BATIUM 15-24 charger provides all lead-acid batteries (IwU curve) with a 100% charge. In contrast to this GYS, a standard ''automatic'' charger with W2 or WU curve only charges up to 90%.
It is also for these reasons that the GYS BATIUM 15-24 is an intelligent, microprocessor-controlled charger that constantly analyses the state of the battery and adjusts the charge according to the intensity the battery needs.
An important feature of the GYS BATIUM 15-24 charger is the SOS RECOVERY function, which initiates a specific cycle for a charge called ''regeneration'' and presents a function for those batteries in which the sulphurisation process has started and which cannot be recharged with a normal charge.
