SCHENKER SMART 30 BASIC WATERMAKER 30 LT/H
The Schenker SMART 30 BASIC is a quiet, compact, lightweight, efficient, and affordable marine watermaker. It can be installed in any position, either horizontally or vertically. The indicated flow rates are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.
The power consumption of the Schenker SMART 30 BASIC marine watermaker is up to 80% lower compared to traditional systems. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W are required. The normal engine recharge is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.
Thanks to its 80% reduced power consumption and no need for a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only Schenker allows you to make water while truly respecting the environment.
Its use is extremely simple, as no manual adjustments are required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation, meaning no direct access to the watermaker is needed. All functions are managed remotely through the control panel.
The Schenker SMART 30 BASIC does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation with no vibrations. The parts in contact with seawater are mainly made of carbon fiber or acetal resin, making the Schenker watermaker completely corrosion-free for life.
In the 2.0 systems, all components subject to wear, such as o-rings and traditional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative nanotechnology pads, offering abrasion resistance up to 15 times greater than steel.
The ERS is specifically designed for marine applications and is made with materials completely resistant to brackish water. Moving parts are minimized thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
