The Schenker SMART 30 TOUCH is a quiet, compact, lightweight, efficient, and affordable marine watermaker. It can be installed in any position, either horizontally or vertically. The indicated flow rates are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.
The power consumption of the Schenker SMART 30 TOUCH marine watermaker is up to 80% lower compared to traditional systems. For example, to produce 60 liters/hour of fresh water, only 240 W are required. The normal engine recharge is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.
Thanks to its 80% reduced power consumption and no need for a generator, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only Schenker allows you to make water while truly respecting the environment.
The use of the Schenker SMART 30 TOUCH is extremely simple, as no manual adjustments are required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation, meaning no direct access to the watermaker is needed. All functions are managed remotely via the control panel.
The Schenker SMART 30 TOUCH does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation with no vibrations. The parts in contact with seawater are mainly made of carbon fiber or acetal resin, making the Schenker watermaker completely corrosion-free.
Schenker units, unlike traditional systems that use high-pressure pumps, employ the patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM, which amplifies the pressure supplied by low-pressure pumps, ensuring extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a Schenker watermaker is only 4 Watts per liter. The ERS is specifically designed for marine applications and is built with materials completely resistant to brackish water. Moving parts are minimized thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
